Duplex Finishing Plodder with all SS-304 contact parts and silicon aluminium (LM-6) warms. The machien is designed for high pressure refining, homogenising and extruding continuous bar of soap.
The robust design enables use of screens on the Preliminary Plodder and
high compression cone on the Final Plodder, which are essential for the
production of fully compacted bars of uniform properties. The barrel
jackets have a labyrinth passage ensuring efficient cooling of the soap
mass.
